I watched a movie in New Zealand。
I was so surprised when I first walked in、
Because all of the seats were pretty fancy ones。笑lol
And、
This might have just been the people who were there with me today、
But not a single person stayed to watch until the end of the credits。
And、in Japan the lights don't come on until the credits are over、
But here they turned the lights on as soon as the credits started、
Like right！Let's go home！
It felt like we were being kicked out (笑lol)
And、as for what I watched、
It was Wicked🧙♀️⭐️
Obviously there were so subtitles。
I only understood about 45％ of it、
But it was still interesting！
And、、
I was looking on Netflix for something to watch the other day〜、
And I saw that Wicked was already on Netflix。
Huh？？？
I can watch it on Netflix？？
Even so far ahead of it being released in cinemas？？？
I was so confused。笑lol
Since I only understood about 45％ without subtitles
I want to watch it again on Netflix、with the English subtitles on😌
I was doing some YouTube editing and my host family gave me these 🥹💖
By the way recently、
I've noticed that once I learn a new word、
I end up hearing that word a lot。
Some words I've learned recently are
stolen、competition、pregnant、exhausted。
盗まれた、競争、妊婦、疲れ果てた。
Once I learned them、for some reason
I kept hearing these words。
And they're not words that I would think would come up that much in daily life。
But、for some reason、now that I've learned them、everyone around me seems to be using them。笑笑笑lollollol
For example、the day after I learned the word stolen、
My host father's son's car was stolen。
After learning the word pregnant、
My host mother's friend got pregnant。
It's like I was making it happen！😉
(Or maybe I'm only just now catching these words 笑lol)
