I should continue to refrain from dancing、
And long journeys in order to avoid sitting in the same position for too long。
Recovering is of the upmost importance、
So I will be absent from the above performances。
I'm sorry for causing you all such concern。
I'm also sorry for causing such bother to all of the members。
Usually I don't talk much about the future
But please let me speak a bit more today。
I'm focusing on my recovery so that I can one again stand on stage、
With my precious members、
As a member of my beloved Morning Musume。
I will not be leaving like this。
Last year I started training to ease the strain on my lower back
While continuing to perform and work as usual、
